About Adriatic Pass

Adriatic Pass is a digital travel pass that provides holders with exclusive discounted access to curated partner experiences across Split, Hvar, Brač, Makarska, and the wider Dalmatian coast. The pass is issued digitally via a QR code and personal dashboard upon activation.

The platform is operated by Adriaticpass (sole proprietorship, vl. Nediljko Koljanin), registered in Split, Croatia. By using our website or purchasing a pass, you enter into a binding agreement with us under the terms set out below.

Accepting These Terms

By accessing adriaticpass.com, creating an account, or purchasing a pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Pass — What You Get

An Adriatic Pass grants you access to discounted or free-entry experiences at our listed partner venues during the validity window you select at checkout (1-day, 3-day, or 7-day pass).

The pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is issued in your name and is linked to your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your pass or QR code to another person. Any suspected misuse may result in immediate pass cancellation without refund.

The list of included experiences may change. We aim to notify pass holders of any removals that affect an already-purchased pass, but we cannot guarantee this in every case.

Pass Activation & Validity

Your pass is activated the moment you click Activate Pass in your dashboard — not at the time of purchase. You may purchase in advance and activate when you arrive.

The validity period runs from the moment of activation:

  • 1-day pass — expires 24 hours after activation
  • 3-day pass — expires 72 hours after activation
  • 7-day pass — expires 168 hours after activation

Passes cannot be paused, extended, or refunded once activated. It is your responsibility to activate the pass at the right time.

Purchases & Refund Policy

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased passes, except in cases where the pass was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, or where Croatian consumer law mandates a refund right (e.g., right of withdrawal within 14 days for digital goods not yet activated).

If you experience a payment or delivery issue, contact us at adriaticpass@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate promptly.

Passes that have been activated are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, as the digital content has been consumed.

Redemptions

Each partner experience may be redeemed once per pass. When you redeem at a partner venue, the experience is marked as used and cannot be redeemed again with the same pass.

Redemption is subject to the partner's availability, opening hours, and seasonal schedule. We strongly recommend checking the partner's availability before visiting. Adriatic Pass does not guarantee entry if a partner is closed, fully booked, or otherwise unavailable.

Some experiences require advance booking directly with the partner. Instructions are provided on each experience page. It is your responsibility to make any required reservations.

Partner Experiences

The experiences listed on adriaticpass.com are operated independently by our partner businesses. Adriatic Pass acts as a pass distributor and is not responsible for the quality, safety, cancellation, or any aspect of the experience itself.

Any disputes regarding the quality of an experience should be directed first to the partner. We are happy to mediate where possible, but we accept no liability for partner-side issues.

Partners may impose their own terms of service, age restrictions, health requirements, or capacity limits. It is your responsibility to comply with any such requirements.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your pass or QR code to any other person
  • Attempt to redeem an experience more than once with the same pass
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of our platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and pass cancellation without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on adriaticpass.com — including text, design, logos, imagery, and code — is owned by or licensed to Adriaticpass and protected by Croatian and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adriaticpass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any partner experience, including but not limited to personal injury, lost enjoyment, or financial loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the pass in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If we make material changes, we will endeavour to notify active pass holders via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Split, Croatia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
