Start with hotel pickup in Hvar Town and a panoramic drive to Napoleon's Fortress, 250 metres above sea level — breathtaking views over Hvar Town, the Pakleni Islandsand the sparkling Adriatic. An inspiring introduction to the island's natural beauty.

Continue to the hilltop village of Brusje — visit a family-run estate and learn traditional methods of producing honey, olive oil and lavender. Enjoy tastings of these authentic local products while discovering how generations of island families have preserved these traditions despite the island's rocky terrain and challenging climate.

Follow the historic Napoleon Road through terraced lavender fields and dry stone walls to Velo Grablje — a 14th-century village once celebrated as a centre for wine, olive oil, honey and lavender oil production. Continue to the abandoned village of Malo Grablje, left behind in the 1960s — explore roofless stone houses, a historic olive mill and peaceful courtyards frozen in time.

Your journey concludes in Stari Grad, one of Croatia's oldest towns. Take a guided stroll through historic streets and serene squares, visit Tvrdalj Castle — the Renaissance retreat of poet Petar Hektorović. After the guided tour, enjoy free time to wander, sip coffee by the sea or savour a traditional Dalmatian meal at a family-run konoba. As someone who loves exploring every destination in depth, Tonci's tour was truly exceptional. His passion, knowledge, and kindness made our trip to Hvar unforgettable. We visited Hvar Town, drove along scenic inland roads with stops at breathtaking viewpoints and historic lavender fields, and explored several charming locations. Malo Grablje was our favourite — an abandoned village where Tonci brought its rich history to life. The tour ended with dinner at a small family-run tavern where we tried peka for the first time.
