Your day begins with a friendly pickup from your hotel, apartment, or port in Hvar Town. Start with a scenic drive to Napoleon's Fortress, perched 250 metres above the town, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Hvar Town, the Pakleni Islands, and the sparkling Adriatic.

From there, travel along quiet inland roads, passing fragrant lavender fields, sun-kissed vineyards, and centuries-old stone villages. Explore Velo Grablje, once the heart of European lavender production, and the abandoned village of Malo Grablje, where roofless stone houses, quiet courtyards, and a remarkably preserved 1894 olive mill tell the story of island life in decades past.

Next, arrive in Stari Grad, one of Croatia's oldest towns, and explore Tvrdalj Castle— Petar Hektorović's Renaissance retreat — before a relaxed stroll through its historic streets. Continue through the UNESCO-listed Stari Grad Plain, a perfectly preserved agricultural landscape unchanged since ancient Greek times, and reach Humac, a 15th-century stone village perched high above the island.

The day concludes at a family-run konoba, where you'll savour a genuine Dalmatian meal with slow-cooked dishes, local wine, and olive oil — a feast that truly reflects the island's flavours and hospitality. Adriatic Pass holders receive a 10% discount — just mention it when you book via WhatsApp.

As someone who loves exploring every destination in depth, Tonci's tour was truly exceptional. His passion, knowledge, and kindness made our trip to Hvar unforgettable. We visited Hvar Town, drove along scenic inland roads with stops at breathtaking viewpoints and historic lavender fields, and explored several charming locations. Malo Grablje was our favourite — an abandoned village where Tonci brought its rich history to life. The tour ended with dinner at a small family-run tavern where we tried peka for the first time.
